By downloading or using ClearAIdea, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use ClearAIdea on your devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the app.
ClearAIdea uses AI to generate project plans and suggestions. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated plan. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on content generated by the app.
ClearAIdea offers a free tier and a paid subscription ("ClearAIdea Pro"). Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's refund policy.
You agree not to use ClearAIdea to violate any applicable laws, harm or harass others, attempt to extract or abuse AI resources, or reverse-engineer the app.
ClearAIdea is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including data loss, missed deadlines, or decisions made based on AI-generated content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to conflict of law principles.
